- Are proficient in Flash AS2/AS3
- Comfortable with Flash XML integration.
- Familiar with AS3 OOP
- Papervision and other flash technologies a big plus
- Can do animation using actionscript and classes - PHP/.NET and Flash integration
- Has strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail down to the last line of code.
- Flash Remoting and Flash Communication Server is a Plus;
- Has the ability to work on other people's designs and code;
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Has the proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse demands in order to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XHTML is a Plus
- Knowledge in web standards and cross-browser compatibility
